Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Valid South Carolina Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and supervision to individuals in a Community Training Home.
• Assist with daily living tasks, meals, and safety routines.
• Document care activities and ISPs in Therap; report changes to supervisors.
• Transport individuals to activities and appointments; manage medications per policy.
