Job summary

Renew Residential Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate, person-centered care in clients' homes and communities. You will support residents with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and safety while promoting independence and dignity.

The role involves implementing care plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with teams to ensure ethical, high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Provide person-centered care and support.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Maintain safety, dignity, and comfort for residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with eating; maintain dining cleanliness.
• Implement care plans for various needs including dementia and autism support.
• Document progress and communicate with team and families.
• Respond to emergencies and uphold policies and HIPAA guidelines.
