Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living and community involvement. Paid training, a sign-on bonus, and a full-time schedule are offered.

Responsibilities include assisting with household tasks, appointments, and personal care while following Behavior Support Plans and individual goals. Training provided at orientation, CPR/First Aid and MAP programs are included.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, errands, and transportation as needed.
• Attend medical appointments, community outings, and follow care plans and goals.
• Follow medical guidelines and safety procedures in the home.
