Job summary

Qualifications

• Background and drug screenings required.
• Valid driver's license with endorsements and 3 years driving experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in human service field, if required by location.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and reports suspected abuse or rights violations.
• Provides support and supervision to meet individuals' goals per plans.
• Ensures training, behavior, and support programs are implemented and documented.
• Protects health, safety, and well-being of individuals at all times.
• Fosters a positive environment that promotes independence and choice.
• Follows positioning schedules and uses equipment per plan.
• Assists with diet, texture, and equipment as needed.
• Ensures homes, outside areas, and vehicles are well maintained.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
