• Read, know and comply with governing documents including contracts, policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with manuals and standards.
• Complete reports and documentation in a timely manner.
• Assist clients with ISP goals and documentation.
• Provide training and supervision to clients in community living skills.
• Maintain client safety and confidentiality at all times.
