Job summary

Alternative Services – Oregon, Inc. (ASI-OR) is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our swing shift team in the Gladstone/Milwaukie area.

You will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, offering compassionate, person-centered care and improving quality of life. We provide paid hands-on training in behavior support and safety techniques, ongoing coaching, and a supportive culture focused on respect and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in the community with walks, shopping, activities, and outings.
