You will support community integration, promote health and safety, and supervise residential participants to enable meaningful daily activities. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, 21+ years of age, valid driver’s license with a clean record, ability to document activities in required

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to prepare required paperwork to support and document activities on timelines.
• Ability to type and use computers and electronic clinical record keeping.
• Willing to complete First Aid, CPR, and Direct Care Worker trainings.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays and varied schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide care services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Support community integration and inclusion for participants.
• Ensure health, safety and well-being of residential participants.
• Supervise participants living in the facility.
