You will plan person-centered activities, coordinate recreation plans, and help access community resources while promoting inclusion. Training including SCIP CPR/First Aid and medication administration is provided and paid.

Qualifications

• Background check consent required.
• Fingerprinting required.
• Valid NYS Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities
