Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for its DART program in Grand Rapids, MI. This full-time, on-site role supports individuals to build independence through daily living activities, community involvement, and skill development.

You'll provide compassionate, person-centered care, assist with ADLs, transportation, and personal needs while promoting safety and confidence. Training is provided and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Pass background checks and fingerprints
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
• Driver's license preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
