Sevita is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Monessen, PA. The role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing care during the FT Evening shift (3pm-11pm). Pay is $16.00/hour with on-demand pay and full-time benefits.

You’ll assist with personal care, behavioral needs, and community participation, helping participants achieve daily goals and a higher quality of life within a mission-driven team.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time management.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle.
• 1+ years driving experience required.

Aufgaben

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Help participants participate in community activities and goals.
