PCGH, Inc. (formerly Person County Group Homes) is hiring two full-time Direct Support Professionals for our rotating live-in schedule in Roxboro, NC.

We support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries to live as independently as possible through daily routines, personal care, and activities. Schedule is 7 days on, followed by 7 days off, with furnished housing and meals provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions required.
• Caregiving experience helpful; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills and personal care.
• Support medication and health needs as trained.
• Help with activities, community outings, and appointments.
• Follow individualized service plans and safety procedures.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
• Communicate with coworkers and supervisors about changes.
• Transport clients to appointments and events.
