Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid in-state driver’s license.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to transport participants in a personal vehicle when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with developmental disabilities in daily living and personal care.
• Provide instruction and support per Individual Instruction and Support Plan (IISP).
• Ensure health needs, medication supervision, and community participation.
