Responsibilities

• Direct Support: provide assistance per service plans including socialization, personal care, daily living activities.
• Records: document progress and maintain confidentiality.
• Management of Individuals’ Assets: make cost-effective purchases within individual budgets.
• Reporting: report abuse, incidents, and health concerns according to policy.
