Job summary

CRSI Champaign Residential Services, Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Manager to oversee compassionate direct support workers in home settings across Shelby County. You’ll coordinate daily activities, support community integration, and mentor staff to help individuals live their best life.

We offer a $1000 sign-on bonus, a $1500 referral bonus, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and full-time benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance. Pay starts at $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising direct support staff.
• Experience in home-based care or residential services.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals in home settings.
• Coordinate daily activities and community outings for clients.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and quality of life outcomes for individuals served.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to staff.
