Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Direct Support Manager in Delaware to coordinate and direct operations of Residential and Day Services, including staff scheduling, program plan implementation, and coordinating appointments for individuals served.

You will lead and train the direct support team, oversee facility and vehicle maintenance, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, and manage on-call emergencies with accurate documentation across medical, social and programmatic files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Four years of experience in a related field.
• One year of supervisory or management experience.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct operations of Residential and/or Day Services Program, including staff scheduling and program plan implementation.
• Coordinate appointments and activities for individuals served.
• Demonstrate and train team members to interact with individuals served in an emotionally supportive and therapeutic manner.
• Oversee maintenance of the residential facility and vehicles to comply with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Provide guidance and assist with emergency situations on an on-call basis.
• Maintain medical, social and programmatic files with detailed and accurate documentation.

This position's primary focus is to coordinate and direct operations of our Residential and/or Day Services Program. This includes scheduling of staff, implementing program plans, and coordinating appointments and activities for the individuals served.

What you'll do:

• Bring valuable insights, institutional knowledge, and assistance to members of the direct support team.

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the residential facility and vehicles, ensuring all living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
• Provide guidance and assist with emergency situations on an on-call basis
• Manage petty cash funds and other financial accounts, as well as the purchasing of groceries and supplies.
• Maintain medical, social and programmatic files with detailed and accurate documentation

Schedule: Generally Day Hours Monday-Friday/some nights/some weekends/some on call responsibilities/flexibility required.
