Cornerstone AFC is seeking a Direct Support Professional Leader to provide essential community living supports and personal care based on individualized service plans. The role emphasizes enhancing residents' quality of life and meeting their needs.

Responsibilities include direct support, ADL assistance, progress observation, and collaboration with the team to improve service delivery. A compassionate, licensed driver with safety training is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in group home or direct support roles preferred
• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and patient care practices
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong communication skills and compassion for others
• Ability to lift heavy objects as required by the job duties.
• Familiarity with medication administration protocols is a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must pass all background checks
