Qualifications

• Ability to provide daily living support and assist with personal care.
• Experience with ISP and Behavior Support Plans is preferred.
• Valid US driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care in a residential setting.
• Teach life skills to build independence at home and in the community.
• Follow Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Lead, train, and mentor other staff as needed.
• Assist with budgeting and managing personal funds.
