Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience providing direct services in human services.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to staff in the residence and community while providing direct services to individuals we serve.
• Attend training to support individuals served and achieve company goals.
• Assist with house staffing needs and staff recruitment; ensure documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Review individuals served progress, coordinate and implement shift objectives.
• Deliver services such as skills training, job coaching, and behavior management per IP/treatment team.
