Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Direct Support Professional Lead (DSP Lead) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will supervise daily activities, assist with chores, meals, recreation, and learning goals.

Locations: Leominster or Westminster. Schedule: 2nd shift (3p-11p). Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with 3 years driving, and strong communication and empathy. Prior experience with disabilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities in a professional setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Therap experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
• Support daily activities including household chores, meals, recreation, learning activities, and fitness.
