Job summary

PathPoint is hiring full-time Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Ventura County through the Integrated Work Program. You will help participants develop workplace skills, life skills, and meaningful relationships in a community setting.

No prior experience is required; we value willingness to learn and offer opportunities for advancement within PathPoint.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and positivity are essential.
• Criminal record clearance, TB screening, and health screening required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance eligibility.
• No prior experience required; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work with a small group of individuals (3-4) in a community setting.
• Transport and accompany the group to job sites and community outings.
• Provide hands-on coaching to build vocational life skills.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive social interactions.
• Facilitate structured activities focused on employment readiness and daily living skills.
• Complete end-of-day documentation and progress notes.
