Job summary

RSI Community in Chapel Hill, NC seeks an Overnight Direct Support Lead to manage day-to-day activities for DSPs and residents in a care-focused home. You will provide hands-on support while promoting independence and growth for individuals with IDD.

You will serve as the overnight safety lead (3-4 nights a week) and collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming, supportive environment. A High School Diploma is required; 1+ year of IDD caregiving experience is preferred; leadership is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in IDD or similar caregiving role is preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
