Job summary

Sevita is seeking a caregiver in Dallas, TX to provide compassionate support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Mon-Fri, 1pm–9pm shifts, 40 hours weekly, with potential overtime opportunities. Requires a valid driver’s license and 1 year driving history in good standing.

You’ll help with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation while building meaningful relationships with participants and their families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
• Support participants in community activities and social engagement.
• Help participants work toward personal goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop trusting relationships and communicate with supervisors to ensure participant wellbeing.

Pay Class: Full Time

Hours: Mon - Fri 1pm - 9pm

Pay Rate: $9.00 per hour with opportunities of approved overtime

Requirement: Current driver's license with 1 year driving history without restrictions

Site Location: Dallas, TX
