Job summary

Sevita, including ResCare Community Living, seeks a dedicated caregiver in Bedford, Texas to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live more independently. You will work full-time with weekends and varied shifts, supporting daily living, hygiene, nutrition, and community participation.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history and no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support those with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals served and take initiative to involve them in community activities.

Hours: Fri - Sun 9a-9p or Sat - Sun 6a-10p

Requirement: Current driver's license with 1 year driving history without restrictions
