Easterseals NH is hiring a Direct Support Associate for our Day Program in Belmont, NH. You will help adults with developmental disabilities participate in community activities, develop skills, and build independence, with a focus on individualized support.

We offer full-time, benefit-eligible schedules (30–35 hours/week, Monday–Friday) and a benefits package including health, PTO, holidays, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide general supervision and hand‑over‑hand assistance to individuals.
• Support participation in community-based, skill-building activities and outings.

WhatYou’llDo:

As a Day Program Direct Support Associate ,you’llsupport individuals as theyparticipatein engaging, community-based, andskill‑buildingactivities such as:

• Vocational tasks

• Volunteerism

• Outings and integrative community experiences

Your responsibilities will range from providing general supervision to offeringhand‑over‑handassistance, always ensuring each person receives the individualized support they need to succeed.

Compensation: We have several openings between $19-$21/hr

Hours: full-time, benefit-eligible 30-35 hours/week, Monday - Friday
