Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on support with daily living activities and personal care.
• Foster independence and community involvement for individuals with disabilities.
• Implement and adapt individualized care plans and BSPs.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment that protects rights and well-being.
• Provide transportation and accompany individuals to medical, therapy, and community appointments.
