Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with medications as directed and per care plan guidelines.
• Document and maintain accurate client records, progress notes, and incident reports.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and care team members.
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments, errands, and recreational activities.
