Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous direct support or caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with disabilities or special needs.
• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and other ADLs.
• Support individuals in community integration, social activities, and skill-building.
• Administer or assist with medications as directed and per care plan guidelines.
• Document and maintain accurate client records, progress notes, and incident reports.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and care team members.
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments, errands, and recreational activities.
