NeuroRestorative, a part of Sevita, hires for roles supporting individuals with brain and medical challenges in community settings. The position offers 7AM–3PM shifts with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour plus additional pay for relevant certifications and experience.

Responsibilities include training and supervising individuals in living skills and therapeutic activities, assisting with daily tasks, coordinating transportation and work outings, and collaborating with clinical staff to support

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one year of experience in the human services field.
• Valid Driver's License from state of residence for at least 1 year with good driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful clearance of background checks.
• Caring attitude with dedication to assisting others.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication.
• Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach.

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED are required.

8 hour evening shift

7AM-3PMStarting wage: $16.50/hour plus we pay additional for relative certifications and experiece

Responsibilities

• Provide training, assistance and supervision to individuals receiving care in the areas of living skills, therapeutic recreation, and other forms of assistance in both residential and community settings.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration.
• Facilitate the working relationships between employers and individuals served, and support community involvement by accompanying them on outings, or providing transportation to work or other activities.
• Work closely with our clinical staff to support the therapeutic and behavioral plans in place.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Six months to one year of experience in the human services field
• Valid Driver's License from state of residence for minimum 1 year and good driving record
• Must be minimum of 18 years of age
• Successful clearance of background checks
