Job summary

XL Parts and The Parts House (TPH) a Marubeni Group is seeking a Direct Ship Hub Team Member to expedite shipments and ensure cutoffs are met. Responsibilities include stocking inbound receipts, picking/packing orders, cycle counts, and RF scanner operations.

Candidate will uphold safety, maintain inventory integrity, and perform general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment. Equal opportunity employer; background check and drug screen required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments.
• Clear, persuasive communication; ability to read and interpret information.
• Meet productivity requirements and work with integrity.
• Follow instructions, manage tasks on time and maintain safety.
• Capable of using RF scanners and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stock inbound receipts accurately and efficiently as assigned.
• Perform picking and packing of customer orders accurately and efficiently as assigned.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory control tasks to ensure accuracy.
• Operate RF scanner and computer systems for troubleshooting when needed.
• Assist Inventory Control with shelf counts and denials as assigned.
• Maintain inventory integrity and area housekeeping.
• Follow safety rules and procedures; perform general warehouse duties.
• Work at a fast pace, meeting quality, accuracy and productivity expectations.
