XL Parts / The Parts House in Oklahoma City is seeking a Direct Ship Hub Team Member to expedite shipments and meet cutoff times. You will stock inbound receipts, pick and pack orders, and support cycle counts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, reliable attendance, adaptability, clear communication, and strict adherence to safety rules. You will operate RF scanners and work with the inventory system to maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Expedite shipments to meet cutoff times and maintain throughput.
• Stock inbound receipts and perform picking/packing accurately.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist inventory control to ensure accuracy.
• Operate RF scanners and use the computer system as needed.
• Maintain inventory integrity and uphold housekeeping and safety standards.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned and work at a fast pace.
