Job summary

XL Parts and The Parts House (TPH) a Marubeni Group is hiring for a Direct Ship Hub Team Member in Largo, FL. The role focuses on expediting orders to meet cutoff times, stocking inbound receipts, and accurate picking/packing for customer orders.

You will use RF scanners and support inventory control to ensure inventory integrity. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, punctuality, adaptability, and a commitment to safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Expedite shipments to meet cutoff times and support Direct Ship processes.
• Stock inbound receipts accurately and efficiently.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate RF scanners and assist troubleshooting when needed.
• Support inventory control with shelf counts and verifications.
• Maintain area housekeeping and comply with safety rules.
• Handle general warehouse duties and work at a fast pace.
