Jewish Family Service Association of Cleveland seeks caring DSPs to provide in-home support for adults with developmental disabilities. We have full-time and part-time positions throughout the Eastside, with immediate openings for second and third shifts and a weekend rotation.

As a DSP you will be a companion and caregiver, helping with daily living activities, meals, transportation, and social engagement, while fostering independence and quality of life for our clients.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• Clear background check.
• Current Ohio Driver’s license and reliable transportation; automobile insurance strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide in-home care for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living including personal care, meal prep, and housekeeping.
• Support recreational activities and socialization for clients.

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS! SECOND and THIRD SHIFT. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON A WEEKEND ROTATION.

Job Summary: A DSP supports adults with intellectual disabilities in their everyday lives. As a DSP, you will be a companion and a caregiver. You will be a teacher and a coach. You will help with activities of daily living including personal care, meal prep, housekeeping, recreational activities, and socialization. You will help others to live their best lives possible…and in doing so, will make your life better, too!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Flexible scheduling.

Pay Rate: $15.30 -$17.50 per hour
