Job summary

Advocates is looking for a Direct Service Worker in Massachusetts. In this entry-level role, you will support individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges by supervising daily activities and providing guidance to enhance their independence.

This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required. The role offers a hybrid schedule combining shifts from 8a to 4p and 2p to 10p.
