Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Experience in the Behavioral Health field is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, judgement and coaching skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use basic computer applications.
• Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centered, team-oriented environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Preference for candidates with cultural competence.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development of treatment plans and attend meetings.
• Document progress toward treatment goals.
• Perform interventions to develop client skills.
• Coordinate with program staff and external providers.
• Communicate client progress and changes in daily notes.
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and supervision to clients.
• Support community integration and facilitate residents’ daily activities.
• Monitor and document medication administration.
• Maintain a clean, safe home-like environment for clients.
