Responsibilities

• Develop and document Comprehensive Assessments (CAs) and reviews reflecting participant goals and standards.
• Participate in development of Individualized Action Plans (IAP) and attend treatment meetings.
• Document daily in CBFS Notes and track progress in notes.
• Provide crisis intervention and support in client crises.
• Ensure safe, clean, home-like environment and up-to-date paperwork.
