Responsibilities

• Leads, manages and supports an assigned team of contact center agents to sell multiple personal lines products to direct inbound prospective customers.
• Focuses on continuous improvement of customer experience, team performance and company results by analyzing data and taking action.
• Evaluates inquiries to provide feedback and coaching regarding performance and regulatory compliance.
• Supervises staff performance, monitors risk, and ensures adherence to guidelines.
