KittySpout is seeking a Direct Response Video Editor to edit, produce, and manage multiple paid ad creatives for Meta VSLs, short and long form. You will transform raw UGC into high-converting DR ads and own volume and quality targets while working fully remotely.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in DTC video editing, proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, and a strong understanding of direct response principles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in direct response video editing.
• Proven experience creating short-form direct-response videos for DTC brands.
• Proficient in professional video-editing software, with Adobe Premiere Pro preferred.

Responsibilities

• Edit VSLs and DR video ads with AI-first workflows.
• Deliver 8 ad briefs per week with high volume and quality.
• Weekly iterations on top-performing ads to drive improvement.
• Ensure ads are on-brand and optimized for performance.
• Stay informed on social trends to keep creatives fresh.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and performance teams.
• Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns with different edits and hooks.
• Work across AI video and UGC tools (e.g., Higgsfield).
