Innovative Metrics in Beverly Hills, CA seeks a hands‑on video content creator/producer/editor to dream up, shoot, and cut performance‑driven ad videos fast. You’ll craft hooks and CTAs, shoot talent, edit for Meta/TikTok/YouTube, and rapidly iterate to boost CTR and conversions.

You’ll work in a high‑volume, test‑and‑learn environment, collaborating with a team focused on scalable direct‑response campaigns. On‑site Beverly Hills office required.

Qualifications

• Experience producing video for social ads, native ads, or direct response campaigns.
• Able to dream up, shoot, and cut performance‑driven ad videos quickly.
• Proficient in editing for multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Concept & Create: develop fresh video ad concepts to grab attention and drive clicks.
• Shoot the Content: source talent, film UGC, interviews, and ad spots; capture campaign visuals.
• Edit for Performance: cut footage into platform‑ready ads and variations; create simple creatives.
• Optimize & Iterate: test variations and improve hooks, visuals, CTR and conversions.
