You’ll own concepts from shoot through edit and optimization for direct-response campaigns across social, native, display, and search.

You’ll thrive in a high-volume, test-and-learn environment, be fluent with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and Photoshop, and be comfortable moving quickly without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

• Experience producing video for social, native, or direct response campaigns.
• Skilled behind the camera and in an editing suite with fast turnaround.
• Knows what makes a strong hook and CTA in direct response contexts.
• Proficient with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Concept and create fresh video ad concepts designed to grab attention and drive clicks.
• Shoot the content: source talent, film UGC-style videos, interviews, testimonials, and ad spots; capture campaign-ready photos.
• Edit for performance: cut footage into platform-ready ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.; create variations and simple creatives.
• Optimize and iterate: rapidly test variations, swap hooks, tweak visuals, and push CTR and conversions higher.
