Publish Experts is seeking a production operations professional to own the monthly footage plan for expert partners, turning scripts into film-ready briefs and ensuring all shoots stay on schedule. You will QA, label, and organize footage so editors can work efficiently.
You will coordinate calendars, prep materials, and references, ensuring timely delivery and scalable processes across creators, editors, and funnels.
Publish Experts builds the business behind creators' personal brands. We partner with experts, influencers and internet personalities, then build and scale their digital products: courses, coaching, masterminds and software. Our clients have a combined audience of 10m followers. We're growing fast with a lean marketing team, which means no layers. Your work goes live, gets measured, and moves real numbers.
Someone who thinks producing means sending a Google Doc and waiting. You're not behind the camera, the creator is. Your job is making sure the shoot happens on the date, with the right brief, and that what comes back is usable. You need to understand each creator: what they're good at on camera, what they hate filming, how to get a natural take out of them, and how their footage turns into conversion. This is a performance-driven role. The footage you produce ends up in ads with real spend behind them, and b-roll quality moves conversion rate. We have monthly footage targets per account, so the pace is high. If you can't tell a successful person "that take doesn't work, do it again" over a text, this isn't the role. If you can keep a busy person on schedule and get excited about a clip because you know it will hold someone for three more seconds, it is.
Someone who can open a creator's footage folder and say things like:
"There's no proof footage in here. Every claim in the last batch is just talking head."
"We have forty hooks and zero demos. The next shoot is all demo."
"This creator is better off the cuff. Stop giving them scripts, give them bullet points and let them talk."
"The audio on the last batch is unusable. Here's the setup they need."
"We need to re-record this winner in three settings. It's on the calendar for the 12th."
"These testimonials are a year old. We need a fresh set this quarter."
And someone who can look at how we operate and say:
"Editors are waiting on footage, not scripts. The bottleneck is the creator's calendar, here's how we fix it."
"The briefs are too long, creators don't read them. Here's the one-page version."
"We need a standing shoot day every month with each creator, not ad hoc requests."
"The Drive is a mess. Here's the naming convention, and I'll migrate it."
"We can use A.I. to draft the shot list, but a person QAs every take."
