Job summary

Publish Experts is seeking a production operations professional to own the monthly footage plan for expert partners, turning scripts into film-ready briefs and ensuring all shoots stay on schedule. You will QA, label, and organize footage so editors can work efficiently.

You will coordinate calendars, prep materials, and references, ensuring timely delivery and scalable processes across creators, editors, and funnels.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly footage plan for every expert partner: what we need filmed, why, and by when, working backward from the ad, email and funnel calendar
• Turn scripts and shot lists into film-ready briefs a creator can shoot without a call: what to say, where to stand, what's on screen, what proof to show
• Keep a footage wishlist per account: demos, results on screen, whiteboard and green screen segments, testimonials, walk-and-talks, lifestyle
• Build and improve our procedures for requesting, filming, receiving and filing footage
• Own the shoot calendar. Every creator has shoot dates on the books a month out, and you know exactly what's being filmed on each one before it happens
• Get the creator everything before the date: scripts, shot list, visual references, setup checklist for framing, audio and lighting. If they need walking through it, you're on the call
• Get winning ads re-recorded in new settings and formats, and get the raw for scripted b-roll, demos and testimonials
• QA everything that comes in: audio, framing, delivery, proof on screen. If it's unusable it goes back for a reshoot before an editor ever sees it
• Log and label footage into a preset library per account (demonstration, proof, testimonial, mechanism, CTA) so editors and email can search, pull and stitch
• Keep the Drive clean.
• Own the day-to-day relationship with each expert partner. You're their point of contact for anything content
• Keep creators on schedule: recording calendar, reminders, follow-ups, and escalation to us when they're slipping
• Get footage to the people waiting on it: editors, email, funnels, webinar decks. Nobody should be waiting on a creator for more than a few days without you knowing why
• Track footage supply per account: what's requested, what's in, what's overdue, and which footage keeps showing up in winning ads
