Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a physician to deliver patient-centered primary care to employees at Marathon Health Centers in Bryan, OH, using our Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model. This is a high-quality, low-panel opportunity designed to emphasize preventive care and strong patient relationships.

You’ll enjoy a smaller patient panel, lengthy visits (30–60 minutes), and a care team approach with Advanced Practice Providers.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school with residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine plus Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility and active state license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• May require dispensing license per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at Marathon Health Centers.
• Deliver care within Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model.
• Collaborate with care team, including APPs, to optimize outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing learning and quality improvement.
