This role supports customers picking up orders, adheres to safety and sanitation policies, and contributes to team goals in a fast-paced retail environment across PA/NJ/MD regions; strong communication and computer skills are useful assets.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Problem solver who is willing to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Ability to use computers and other communication systems required to perform job functions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to perform duties.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodation.
• Must meet the company performance standards, including regular attendance.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Accurately match items from the customer's online shopping list.
• Shop multiple customer orders using designated tools and equipment.
• Substitute items for customers when needed.
• Assist customers picking up orders at designated spots.
• Differentiate produce merchandise varieties.
• Bag or package merchandise according to policy; label and store items for pickup.
• Maintain neat appearance and follow safety and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with team and assist on special projects.
• Perform other functions as assigned.
