Job summary

Clarios, LLC seeks a summer intern to support the Procurement and Direct Materials team in Milwaukee. You will help develop commodity strategies, analyze monthly performance, and manage KPI tracking and vendor spend. The role requires organizing documentation for IATF audits and coordinating RFQs and E-Auctions with the team.

As a full-time student in a related field, you will work up to 40 hours per week in a hybrid arrangement, with on-site and remote work options to fit study commitments.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a full-time student at a U.S. college or university.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Business Management.
• Hybrid internship with a quiet workspace and remote access.

Responsibilities

• Support Procurement and Direct Materials in developing commodity strategies.
• Analyze monthly performance reporting, investigate variances, and present findings.
• Manage and track KPI’s and vendor spend.

What You Will DoSupport the Procurement and Direct Materials Team in developing Commodity Strategies.Manage and track Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).Ensure all documentation is available and properly completed for IATF audit requirements. This is critical to proper direct materials supplier management for the auto-industry.How You Will Do ItAnalyzing monthly reporting on performance, investigate variances, present findings, and organize and file forms as appropriate.Managing the business review process and establishing master schedule, track and monitor vendor spend.Supporting the development of strategy template, manage the scheduling and cadence of the strategy development sessions, launch RFQ’s and E-Auctions as necessary.Supporting supplier transition.What We Look ForCurrently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or universityPursuing an undergraduate degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Business Management.Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.Duration: Summer 2027.
