Hexcel is seeking a Direct Material Sourcing Manager to lead category and supplier strategy at multiple U.S. sites, including Amesbury, MA. You will drive cost, quality, and delivery performance across global sourcing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with budgeting and forecasting.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business, 5+ years in purchasing, and the ability to obtain a DOD security clearance. US citizenship is required.

Reporting to the Hexcel U.S. Sourcing Director, this high-impact role takes the lead in driving sourcing initiatives across designated U.S. sites—delivering on strategic objectives that fuel operational excellence.
You’ll be at the forefront of shaping and executing sourcing strategies for key commodities that span multiple locations and global supplier networks. This is a unique opportunity to influence enterprise-wide outcomes, optimize supplier performance, and champion innovation in sourcing practices that support Hexcel’s global footprint.
Salary Range: $106,114 - $180,395
