Renewal by Andersen is looking for a driven Retail Service Representative to boost homeowner experiences by generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing within the assigned territory.

You will operate independently, maintaining professional representation and accurate data records while using the company mapping program. The role offers base pay starting at $20 per hour with uncapped commissions and an on-target earnings potential well over $80,000 in the first year.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be courteous, neat, in uniform, and follow municipality permitting at all times.

Renewal by Andersen is looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Retail Service Representative to help perfect our customers’ experience in upgrading their homes. This position earns uncapped commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates are expected to earn over $80,000 on‑target earnings (OTE) in the first year. Base pay starts at $20 an hour and is based on several factors including, but not limited to, work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.

Purpose

This position is responsible for generating highly qualified leads through door‑to‑door canvassing. The canvasser records accurate data regarding prospective customers and the targeted market area. Individuals in this role will be eligible for a base monthly driving incentive with variable mileage reimbursement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Vigorously and diligently generate leads while engaging in door‑to‑door campaigning in the assigned territory, creating qualified sales opportunities as instructed by the Canvassing Program Manager.
• Transport yourself to the assigned territory and work independently, representing Renewal by Andersen at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism.
• Utilize Renewal by Andersen mapping program and business applications to accurately keep records on house‑to‑house information and data tracking.
• Be courteous, neat, clean, and in proper uniform with required municipality permitting at all times.
• Attend company meetings as required.
• Communicate with the Canvassing Program Manager ideas that can improve the effectiveness of the canvassing program policies of Renewal by Andersen.
• Master Renewal by Andersen methodology, product, and current promotional offerings. Become a Signature Service expert.
