Job summary

Innovairre is seeking a full-time Machine Operator for a 10-hour shift (3PM–1AM) to operate and maintain direct mail manufacturing equipment. The role emphasizes reducing cost-related errors, meeting client quality standards, and maintaining a safe workplace.

The position offers growth within a growing organization and requires reliability and the ability to learn new processes. Responsibilities include machine setup, adjustments per job instructions, and clear communication of production

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
2 years manufacturing experience is preferred.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills, and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Operates and maintains production equipment.
Performs adjustments on machines per job instructions.
Meets or exceeds production standards while ensuring client quality requirements.
Communicates job status and production concerns during shift changes.
Follows all safety policies and SOPs and adheres to lock-out/tag-out procedures.
Troubleshoots problems with minimal downtime and escalates when needed.
Supports teamwork across shifts and continuous process improvement.
