Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills, and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains production equipment.
• Performs adjustments on machines per job instructions.
• Meets or exceeds production standards while ensuring client quality requirements.
• Communicates job status and production concerns during shift changes.
• Follows all safety policies and SOPs and adheres to lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Troubleshoots problems with minimal downtime and escalates when needed.
• Supports teamwork across shifts and continuous process improvement.

Ability to install, maintain, and repair equipment following safety guidelines.Knowledge of predictive and productive maintenance systems.Able to stand for long periods, bend, and perform repetitive motions.Able to move and lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally.Able to stand on concrete for 10-12 hours.Willingness to work overtime when needed.Reliable, punctual, and able to follow written and verbal instructions. Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and be accountable for quality.Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.
