Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25 lb regularly and up to 40 lb occasionally.
• Able to stand on concrete for 10–12 hours.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and be accountable for quality.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains equipment.
• Performs adjustments on machine per job instructions.
• Meets and exceeds production standards and maintains client quality requirements.
• Communicates job status and production concerns during shift change.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
• Adheres to all SOPs.
• Troubleshoots problems with minimum delay time.
• Communicates with management on issues and corrective actions.
• Works with urgency when equipment is down to maintain production.
• Continues learning new processes to increase production.
• Facilitates teamwork between shifts.
