Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years in direct lending, leveraged finance, or credit investing.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Familiarity with sponsor-backed transactions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriting, structuring, and term sheet development.
• Build and maintain financial models including cash flow projections.
• Prepare investment memoranda and sector updates for credit committees.
• Monitor portfolio performance and covenant compliance.
• Assist in data requests, fundraising materials, and deal execution.
