Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in private credit, private equity, investment banking, or similar financial services role.
• MBA and/or CFA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit analysis: financial statement review, credit risk assessment, liquidity analysis, capital structure evaluation, due diligence.
• Build and maintain complex financial models including cash flow analysis and covenant compliance/stress-testing.
• Prepare investment memoranda for the Investment Transaction Committee.
• Underwrite and execute private credit investments; evaluate secondary market opportunities (portfolio acquisitions, single-name investments).
• Monitor portfolio performance, covenant compliance, and identify optimization opportunities.
